At Milestone Events, one of our wedding planning packages includes helping you find the perfect venue.  This is why myself, and the rest of the Milestone Event Planners love checking out as many venues as we possibly can!  I had heard many great things about Monk McQueens Fresh Seafood and Oyster Bar, but of course I needed to check it out for myself.  One of the managers, Claire was nice enough to take some time out of her day to show me around the venue and give me the low down of how weddings are done at Monk McQueens.  I couldn’t help but smile at the many ideas that popped into my head.  I highly recommend this venue for a wedding, it is absolutely stunning.  The great part about it is, for a restaurant the number of people you can have is very flexible.  The upstairs level can have up to 130 people seated with the option of  having other areas available if your numbers are a bit higher.  If you want to give out of town guests a great view of downtown Vancouver this is an awesome place to check out.  Can’t wait to hopefully plan or decorate some events at this great location in the upcoming wedding season!
