One thing that really popped out for me this season was how almost every wedding had a photo booth! And for good reason, they create excitement and give the guests a chance to connect and have fun. If a lasting impression is important to you than this is a good way to accomplish that. Photo booths are also a great something extra for your guests to do during cocktail hour and later on after dinner.
One of my favorites was the one we put together at Joelle and Dave’s Rockwater Resort wedding in July. It was absolutely gorgeous! One great touch was most of the props were actually from Joelle and Dave’s own collection!! The trunks on the right were full of the photo booth props.

For the backdrop we hung gorgeous vintage fabric from a willow tree over looking the ocean. Unfortunately, we did not get a picture as we were rained out and had to move the photo booth inside. However, this is an example of what it looked like:

Here is another fun option you could implement as something a little different than the photo booth. You could create your own freestanding photo booth wall ( or we could do it for you! )
The picture is absolutely gorgeous and if you look closely you can see they have old family photos on the wall!
And signs are always a nice addition:
You can really have lots of fun with this and it’s also a great way to inject a personal touch into your wedding day.
And on personal note I would like to finish off my post with what is most special to me. Overall, the opportunity to be such an intimate part of this occasion is really what stands out for me. What an honor it is to witness such an event and be such an intimate part of it. I truly do have the best job in the world!
Have a fantastic weekend!
