Day of Contact for all Vendors

On the day of your wedding you will not have any time to deal with vendors. You have the baker, the caterer, entertainers, florist, etc. Trying to juggle all of the wedding vendors, remain sane, and enjoy your wedding is merely impossible. With a Wedding Coordinator on site, they will be the main contact for everybody – including guests. Vendors will know to call the Wedding Coordinator if they are running late, lost, etc. And the same goes if we need to contact a vendor. The Wedding Coordinator will have a wedding day itinerary with all the vendors contact information, as well as a very detailed and lengthy production schedule.
