I just found out that another fabulous venue has some great dates open.  Northview Golf and Country Club on 168th in Surrey has one of the most amazing plated services in Surrey, breathtaking views and beautiful manicured gardens.  This is definately up there on my list of favorite places to host a wedding.  And they still have Saturday dates open!  June 6 and June 20 are both still open so give them a call, or let me know if I can help you out.  www.northviewgolf.com.
