Well it is finally here! I stayed up way too late last night watching news coverage (mostly the same clips running over and over) of the preparations just before the royal wedding. Then, up way too early to tune into the live footage of the ceremony. So, the wait is over! We finally know what designer Kate went with, Alexander McQueen, but I suspected this was going to be the case at about 2 pm yesterday when Sarah Burton was trending on Twitter! Any way, the dress is fantastic! so with out further adieu:

Classic and beautiful, and it fit amazingly! I’m not sure how she managed to pull off such a sexy dress while still looking traditional and totally appropriate but I must say she wore it well!

All in all it was a beautiful occasion! lived up to all my expectations and more. Here are a few more pictures of the happy couple,  in case you haven’t watched all of the PVR’d footage!
