So I was sitting in McDonald’s with my four year this week treating him to lunch before preschool and I picked up our local paper, the Surrey Leader.  There was an article that indicated that the Surrey Food Bank was in pretty dire straits and it had stuck with me all week.  At Christmas time a lot of my photog friends do a “cans for comments” series on their blogs:  they post great images, and everytime some leaves a comment on the blog the photographer donates a non-perishable food item to their local food bank.  Obviously I am not a photographer (eventhough I do have Hipstamatic on my iPhone ;D) so I had to do something a little different.  This afternoon I sat down with Kezia and Gemma, our AH-MAZING Associate Planners, and we came up with an idea.  Like us on our Face Book Fan Page and we’ll donate a non-perishable food item to the Surrey Food Bank….Fans for Cans, you get it???  

So this is our plea: help us fill our delivery van.  Like us on our Face Book Page, share it with your friends and drop by the studio with a donation if you can.  We will be collecting until the end of April so we would love it if you could help us make this a huge success.
