Sonya & Spencer | April 12, 2008
Terminal City Club played host to Sonya and Spencer’s seaside themed wedding. Details, details, details were what made this wedding so amazing. Luckily we have some very talented vendors: Jessica Boffo from Kards Kouture was there with paper cutter in hand designing her heart out…she made tent cards for the trays the servers passed so guest knew what cocktail they were being offered…her “Catch of the Day” menus were gorgeous…she even made little “soap” cards for jars of individual hand soaps on display in the bathroom.Â
Vivio Flowers made gorgeous white calla lily arangements in fireboxes that we filled with sand and starfish and coral.  Every arrangement was a work of art. Patricia and her team did an amazing job.
Sonya and Spencer were a super cool couple to work with…and talk about 7 degrees of separation. Spencer and I went to high school together and Sonya is cousins with Dan, my groom from October 20, 2007. What a small world! They were completely delightful.
Sonya and Spencer (but likely it was just Sonya :o)) wrote individual messages to each guest and put them in a bottle filled with sand and shells. A very time consuming but thoughtful gift. I loved this idea. Here’s what mine said:
“Thank you Tanya!
Thank you for all your hard work and what you did for us. We appreciated your advice and cousel, your professionalism and your sense of fun! You are fabulous! We wish you all the success in the world!
Sonya and Spencer”
Thanks guys! Wishing you both every happiness!
